I’m very proud of how well I stayed on task during this episode. I think Michel was very proud.

While I set some big goals for myself in regards to my reading this year, I know I’m not hitting some of them. It’s a blow to my ego, for sure. I just want to say that if you’re in comparing mode with yourself or with others that you see, please stop. “Comparison is the thief of joy” is a saying for a reason. The holiday season is already emotionally fraught. Don’t let something that should bring you joy bring you more stress.
